Jim Watson Obituary Posted

James Watson, Emeritus Professor of Physics and Astronomy at Ball State University, was born on June 29, 1943 and died on December 2, 2009 after a long battle with cancer.

Rob Spencer Receives National Teaching Award

Indiana Superintendent of Public Instruction Dr. Tony Bennett presented the 2009 Presidential Awards for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching (PAEMST) to five outstanding Indiana science and math teachers, including our own Rob Spencer, at The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis yesterday. The PAEMST awards are the nation’s highest honor for teachers of mathematics and science.
