Each year the Indiana section of the American Association of Physics Teachers (AAPT) is pleased to receive nominations for the Indiana Outstanding High School Physics Teacher Award.  This award is presented during the banquet at the spring meeting of the organization.  It includes a plaque and a check for $100.

Fellow teachers and school administrators who are aware of exceptional performance and enthusiastic student response are encouraged to fill out this form to nominate this teacher.  The deadline for receiving nominations is March 20th, 2010.
